Since its beginnings, the FSA has always depended on the volunteerism of its members to staff committees, act as tech reps for departments, and take on special projects. The amount of impact the FSA has had on life on BCIT’s campuses – and the working lives of BCIT employees -- is a result of this volunteerism.
