Thank You, Tech Reps!
On Wednesday, May 10, 2023, our Technology Representatives (Tech Reps) met–on the third-floor terrace of the newly completed Health Sciences Centre–for the last time in the 2022/23 academic year. The Tech Rep May Social is an annual event to thank these hard-working individuals, essential to the functioning of the FSA. Tech Reps provide a personal link between the FSA’s Board of Directors, staff, and the union’s membership. Their work is vital to ensuring that the FSA is an informed and agile trade union. Tech Reps help stock committees, foster robust departmental practices, allow the FSA to create informed policy, and respond effectively to change. The FSA’s Tech Rep policy provides further details.
