Error on Retro Pay Dues

As a result of an FSA error, member dues that our Board of Directors had voted not to collect on retroactive pay (the lump-sum payment for the wage increases negotiated in a new collective agreement covering the period between the expiry of the previous agreement and the implementation of the new one) were deducted nevertheless on our members' first August paycheque. We apologize for the error and anticipate corrections to be made on paycheques in November.
