Error on Retro Pay Member Dues Deductions

As a result of an FSA error, member dues that our Board of Directors had voted not to collect on retroactive pay* were deducted nevertheless on our members' first August paycheque. We apologize for the error.
We are currently researching options to rectify the mistake and appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to resolve this matter.
* Retroactive pay is a lump-sum payment for the wage increases negotiated in a new collective agreement covering the period between the expiry of the previous agreement and the implementation of the new one.
