    Member Survey: DTC Office Use

    The survey is now closed. Thank you to everyone who participated! Members can see the results by logging in to our Member Portal and visiting the ‘Consultations’ page.

    The FSA has long served its members out of our Burnaby campus office in addition to being available via telephone, email, and through our website. Recently we obtained use of a space on the 5th floor of the BCIT downtown campus (DTC). We are in the process of determining how and when that space will be used and we want to hear from our members as we make these decisions. Having a space at DTC will provide more of our members, including many who work in part-time studies, access to our services, staff, and elected leadership.

    Take our survey now and help us:

    1. Determine when FSA should be onsite at DTC office including: days of week, times of day, and how often
    2. Determine who from the FSA should be onsite at DTC office
    3. Determine why members might visit us at a DTC office

    Once we have the results of the survey we will be able to open our DTC office and reach out to even more FSA members! Watch our contact page for information about opening hours.

    The survey closes at midnight on Sunday, February 7th.
