We want to measure you – well – your engagement with the FSA!
Our focus on member engagement needs to be evaluated on a regular basis to establish the best ways to engage with you!
It only seems fair that if we’re going to measure your engagement levels that you be involved in deciding what we measure, how we measure it, and how we evaluate the results, and what we do with them.
Some of the questions guiding this are:
- What does an “engaged” FSA membership look like?
- What are the indicators of engagement?
- Why are we measuring what we’re measuring?
- What is important to the membership?
- What do members want the FSA to know?
- What do we do with what we measure?
Interested in joining a working group?
The key deliverable of this working group will be the development of a broad scale member survey.
Join us to:
- Set the goals, scope and content of the survey
- Design the survey
- Test the survey
- Get to know other members
- Eat snacks
- Create a more engaged FSA
Time commitment: 2 or 3 Wednesday afternoons in March & April + a small amount of reading/thinking time outside of the meetings.
