What Are Your Bargaining Priorities?
FSA Board and staff members have been meeting with Departments across the Institute to learn more about member priorities for the next round of bargaining. Our representatives are happy to meet with members following the conclusion of a Department meeting or as a standalone chat, usually for 30-45 minutes. Please contact us to arrange a meeting (intended for FSA members and staff only). Members may also contact their Member Engagement Officer Matt Greaves via email with their priorities.
It’s worth underlining that, if Departments don’t participate, then it’s likely their desires will not be reflected in our bargaining priorities.
