Winter Break 2023 for Non-Instructional Employees

Winter Break dates for non-instructional employees are governed by Article 8.7 and a Letter of Understanding in your Collective Agreement (pp. 39-40 and 150-1). The benefit refers to being on duty, off campus for five days over the end-of-year holiday period. This year’s Winter Break dates for non-instructional employees are December 20, 21, 22, 28 and 29, 2023. Kudos to Labour Relations Representative Michael Thompson for his work on this file.
